Delivery is available to all countries in the world via DHL. For shipments outside the European Union, our products are quoted without VAT.
Customers outside the European Union will be required to pay a customs fee from DHL.
As soon as the order is generated, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your delivery from our warehouse to the address you provided when ordering.
Any customs fees are at your (the customer's) expense.

Return and refund policy
You have 14 days (legal withdrawal period) after the date of purchase to return your item. During this period you can return your purchased product to us for any reason. Upon receipt, we will refund the price paid for the product.
To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
A return authorization must be obtained from our customer service department within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be returned in good condition (not broken, not damaged)
Please note: the return shipping costs are at your (the customer's) expense.
We will refund the price paid, including VAT, within 14 days of receiving the package.
