At Equisense, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy aims to explain clearly and transparently how we collect, use, protect and share your data when you use our mobile application and related services.

Please note that travel data and multimedia content may be transferred to other users (subject to consent).

SECURE IT ARCHITECTURE

Our data is securely hosted on our premises or in ISO27001-certified outsourced data centers located in the European Union, including Google Workplace, Google Cloud, OVH and AWS. We would, however, point out the possible use of US clouds, notably Google Firebase, which may transfer data outside the EU in a secure manner under a CTT (Clauses Contractuelle Types) or BCR guarantee and Privacy Framework.

YOUR RIGHTS

We inform you that information about our contacts of all kinds (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.) may be transferred to dispute resolution or control partners: Outsourced lawyers, outsourced accounting and HR firms, institutions, parent companies... In application of European laws and the law of January 6, 1978 (relating to information technology, files and freedoms), you have the right to access, rectify, limit, port and delete your personal data, as well as the right to object to their processing for legitimate reasons.
