Dû à un défaut de fabrication de nos Motions S, nous proposons une ristourne de -10%. Le fonctionnement du capteur est intacte, seul la coque est fissuré (voir photo).
Après nos tests internes, la résistance à l'eau du capteur est validé pour la pratique de l'équitation en extérieur (balade, cross,...) , cependant nous recommandons de ne pas l'immerger sous l'eau.
Concernant les garanties elles sont identiques à l'achat d'un capteur neuf acheté chez nous.

Return and refund policy
You have 14 days (legal withdrawal period) after the date of purchase to return your item. During this period you can return your purchased product to us for any reason. Upon receipt, we will refund the price paid for the product.
To obtain a refund, the following conditions must be met:
A return authorization must be obtained from our customer service department within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be returned in good condition (not broken, not damaged)
Please note: the return shipping costs are at your (the customer's) expense.
We will refund the price paid, including VAT, within 14 days of receiving the package.
