To install the new version of the Equisense application, here's what you need to do:

On iPhone : 
- Open the App Store.
- Search forEquisense" in the search bar.
- Click on "Get" or "Update" to download the latest version.

On Android :
- Open the Google Play Store.
- TypeEquisense" in the search bar.
- Click on "Install" to get the latest version.

Once you've downloaded the application, you'll need to create a new account to access all features and start using the new version.

Yes, absolutely!
Your data is not lost.

To retrieve them from the old version of the application, follow these steps:
- Open the menu (top right icon with the Equisense logo).
- Select "Import data from old application".
- Press "Start data recovery"A new window will open.
- Log in with your old Equisense account (or via Google / Apple, depending on your usual method).
- Click on "Start transfer".
- Once launched, you can close the page.
- Then return to "Import data from old application"to follow the progress of the transfer.

That's it! Your sessions and personal data will be automatically synchronized with your new account.

- Stable planning & management : easily organize your horses' sessions, treatments and schedules.
- Task management : assign tasks to your team and track their progress so you don't forget anything.

The Equisense App can be downloaded from the Appstore and the Google Play Store. It works for both Android and Apple phones.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current commitment period (monthly or yearly). You will retain access to the features included in your subscription until the expiry date. Once this date has passed, your account will automatically switch to the free version of the application.

To cancel, simply go to your account settings (in the app or via App Store / Google Play, depending on the platform used).
